BSB40812 Certificate Frontline Management Block 2

The Certificate IV in Frontline Management BSB40812 is a nationally recognised qualification aimed at supporting organisations to raise their performance by developing the skills and knowledge of their supervisors and frontline managers.
People targeting or moving into such a supervisory position will also benefit from this program. Frontline managers provide leadership, direction and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of work teams. The qualification places particular emphasis on developing effective people skills, managing and leading a team, developing priorities and managing operational plans.
Learning Outcomes
- Apply management principles and practices that increase productivity at operational level
- Understand and translate management and workforce concepts into daily workplace action plans
- Demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to develop work priorities, lead and maintain effective working relationships
- Examine the frontline leader’s role in implementing continuous improvement processes
- Analyse the frontline leader’s role in performance planning, monitoring and developing team cohesion and performance
