The Certificate IV in Frontline Management BSB40812 is a nationally recognised qualification aimed at supporting organisations to raise their performance by developing the skills and knowledge of their supervisors and frontline managers.
People targeting or moving into such a supervisory position will also benefit from this program. Frontline managers provide leadership, direction and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of work teams. The qualification places particular emphasis on developing effective people skills, managing and leading a team, developing priorities and managing operational plans.
