Heather joins AREEA as Principal Workplace Relations Adviser, based in the Perth office. She has previously held Senior Management level Roles in Human Resources, and led teams that cover the full span of the HR process.
Bringing Heather to AREEA was her focus area of expertise – Industrial Relations. Experienced in enterprise bargaining and workplace disputes, managing workplace investigations, representing organisations before the Fair Work Commission, creation and adaption of workplace policies and contracts, and delivering training on Industrial Relations matters. Heather is also adept to undertake risk assessments and make recommendations to improve business practices.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce with a Double Major of Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations. Heather has commenced studies toward a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate) to develop her legal knowledge base and expertise.
